Skincandy LLC Payment/Shipping/Returns Policies:

On Domestic(excluding Alaska & Hawaii) orders over $99.oo                                       you are awarded Free Shipping.

Free Shipping does NOT apply to Int'l orders.

International Orders: 1> Paypal is the only accepted  method of payment.            2 > If your order is rejected when going through customs and returned to Skin Candy we will only refund the amount of your order. You will NOT be refunded the cost of shipping. Italy & Spain are at the top of the list regarding packages rejected and returned due to the customs inspectors of those countries. Skin Candy is not responsible for Returned, Lost or Packages held by customs.

Orders from within the U.S.A.: Make sure your mailing address is the same as the credit cards billing address. Orders received with a billing address that does not match the shipping address will not be processed until a verbal confirmation has been made(you will receive a phone call)causing a possible delay in shipment

WARNING: This product is pure pigment. Application on certain individuals may cause allergic reaction. Skincandy LLC disclaims and responsibility for allergic reactions of certain individuals to whom this product is applied. Spot testing or consultation with a dermatologist prior to application is encouraged. Keep in cool dry place. Place away from extreme heat. Do not freeze. Non-toxic. Non-flammable. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Dispose of in accordance to federal, state, and local laws.

ABSOLUTELY NO $ CASH REFUNDS FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO INK PIGMENTS, OR INK PIGMENTS FALLING OUT OF THE SKIN. DESPITE OUR CONSTANT EFFORTS TO MANUFACTURE THE SAFEST SKIN FRIENDLY INKS POSSIBLE, we cannot guarantee everyone's chemistry will be the same or predict the health of certain individuals or how they care for their tattoo after application.

We ship worldwide! To see your shipping cost, simply add your products into the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be shown the shipping cost prior to processing your order.

ELECTRONICS: All electronic items are checked to ensure they are in proper working order before they are shipped. If they are damaged during shipment, we will exchange any broken items. If they arrive to the customer in non-working order, we must be contacted immediately. If the customer attempts to repair an item we will not be responsible for replacement.

SORRY FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARRIVE DAMAGED IN WHICH CASE WE WILL REPAIR THEM OR SEND A REPLACEMENT.

UNFORTUNATELY, SKINCANDY CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR EXPIRED INKS SOLD TO CUSTOMERS BY OUR DISTRIBUTORS OR OTHER COMPANIES. PLEASE CONTACT THE COMPANY YOU PURCHASED THE INK FROM TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.

Shipping fees will not be re-imbursed unless customer received incorrect items due an error made by Skincandy LLC. In this case, Skincandy LLC will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges or send the proper replacement upon return of incorrect item. Cancellations- A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all orders upon cancellation, Orders cannot be canceled through email. Please call 775-434-5405 8am-12pm PST, if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet shipped. Closeout items- No refunds will be given on closeout items. These items are offered to costumers at extremely low prices. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by Skincandy LLC costumer representative. Warranty Exchanges- Please contact the product manufacturer for all warranty claims. All claims are subject to the individual manufacturers policies and are not handled by Skincandy LLC. Warranty items should be shipped directly to the manufacturer and not to Skincandy LLC. Return Shipping Instructions- When sending items back to Skincandy LLC please obtain a tracking number from your shipper. Please indicate the order number, email, address, phone number, and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return or exchange on a separate piece of paper.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide! Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24-72 hours.  Please note that this does NOT include weekends.

INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Shipping is available by UPS both internationally and domestically. UPS delivery within the U.S. will generally arrive in 5-7 business days unless there are unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorisms, etc in which case we will not be responsible for a delay. UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday unless you live in specific areas and pay extra for Saturday delivery. If you wish to have Saturday delivery you must contact us by phone to place the order.  

Skincandy will not be held responsible for shipments that are late due to holidays or other unforeseen matters. If you order an item for UPS Next Day Air, the order will arrive on the next BUSINESS day. If you order 2nd Day Air, it will arrive two BUSINESS days after it was sent. We attempt to send all items the same day they are ordered as long as we receive the order before 2pm Pacific time but we cannot guarantee this will be the case. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

For international orders, once a shipment arrives at customs, recipient may be responsible for paying import taxes and customs fees. If an order gets delayed by customs, we are not responsible. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund if a package is held at customs.

  • Skincandy only ships to P.O. boxes by USPS. 
  • We only ship to Military FPO/APO's by USPS.  
  • Complete and updated address information ensures timely shipments! 
  • Many orders are received earlier than estimated, depending on how far you are from our warehouse. 
  • If your order contains an item that is back-ordered, you will receive a prompt notification from our sales department to try and help you with any substitutions. 
  • If you need your package sooner, you can request upgraded shipping by calling us at 775-434-5405
  • If your order totals $200 or more, a signature from the cardholder will be required when receiving your package from the shipper, and a fee will be incurred for this extra security shipping service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Ink may be damaged if exposed to extreme heat or cold. If you live in a climate with extreme temperatures, your ink may be damaged during ground shipping. We can't guarantee a climate controlled environment. Next Day Air or Express shipping would be best.
